The villa features a spacious living room with a sleeper sofa and flexible bedroom configurations — either two king-size beds or one king and two single beds —comfortably accommodating up to five guests.

A fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar provides all the essentials for easy, elegant living, while two beautifully appointed ensuite bathrooms offer convenience and privacy for every guest.

Outdoor Amenities

Set across 365 m² of private outdoor space, the villa’s exterior has been curated as a sanctuary of leisure and sophisticated open-air living. A secure private entrance with pin-code access leads to a dedicated parking area for two vehicles, complete with an EV charger.

The outdoor environment unfolds into a tranquil haven featuring two distinct pools: a main infinity pool with uninterrupted panoramic sea views, and a dedicated children’s splash pool offering a safe and enjoyable experience for younger guests.

Refundable damage deposit

A damage deposit of € 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Other policies

No events, parties, or gatherings are permitted on the property unless explicitly approved in writing by the Owner. Any approved event will incur an additional event fee, as determined by the Owner, and the Guest is responsible for all associated costs.
